Temporary tattoo brand TAADA.AADA was founded in 2015. In Latvian it’s like a game of words, which reminds about the victory created of the sound from fanfare but in English we can translate it as a “skin like this”. The core value of temporary tattoo hides in its unique and artistic design, which stands for high value as well as great quality.
In 2017. TAADA.AADA craves to be known and understood outside of Latvia’s boundaries, so they create a new, coquettish and amusing title “WINK”.
In 2018. local farewell has gotten used to the brands new character and title WINK. There is abandonment of the old title “TAADA.AADA” replacing it with the text “temporary tattoos” which reflects the main concept of this brand and its speciality.
Everything started back in 2015 when the author of the idea Aiga met and artist Kristiana and they both decided to create something authentic and unique, something that Latvians haven’t seen before, they decided to create tasteful and high quality souvenir- set of temporary tattoos.
Because of the positive feedback and big demand of product, the team of WINK decided to expand the offer and now in the collections of WINK temporary tattoos are more than 400 different creatures. The main idea of WINK is to create bring joy! The creatures of WINK temporary tattoos are genuine, passionate and artsy artistic, sometimes abstract, but always with a cheery cheerful meaning. WINK strives to boost the good and as much as possible, decrease sadness and grief; therefore there is deliberate avoidance of misery and sorrow or aggressive creatures. The most popular themes of tattoos are nature, animals, ethnography of different kind of nations and cultural heritage, important life’ s events, celebrations and adventures. Usually the designer of WINK temporary tattoos is Kristiana Dave, but sometimes WINK cooperates with other professional and well-known artists.

Kristiana Dave
Kristiana Dave is like a beautiful soul of WINK TATTOO, because she has created almost all of temporary tattoo designs available in our online store. To create positive feelings and maybe even to help someone – that’s the one of her main impulses of making art.
Daily you can meet Kristiana creating fabric prints that includes drawing, painting and digital processing. Some special wokring days are when she is drawing new prints sitting under the tree or by the river, where she can create and gain her inner peace all in one time.
She has done collaborations with many fashion designers in Latvia and New York, book publishing companies, advertising agencies and has participated in other extensive design projects. She spreads her art in many different ways, but she is always willing to accept new challanges and unexperienced projects.
Elita Patmalniece
Elita Patmalniece is Latvian artist and fashion designer. You will definately notice her on the street, because she is so eccentric and open minded. And yes, actually she is the best reflection of her paintings – Elita always is wearing clothing with printed art works and quirky tattoos.
What is the best inspiration for her? Life! Her art works are filled with beautiful sense of humor about all the things in life and her positive view of life.
Linda Gobeta
Linda Gobeta is an Illustrator and Graphic Designer from Latvia, Europe. She has a BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design studying in United Kingdom and had been working for fashion companies in London, then continuing as a freelance designer and illustrator in Latvia. Her designs are quirky, graphical, clean and modern. Her inspiration is everything that surrounds her, nature, good music and food. Her joy is to travel and see new places, visiting botanical gardens, sipping coffees in cafe’s, watching people pass by and observing artworks in museums.
She has done work for fashion online stores such as Fashaddict, B-side by Wale, shop LaTone, as well as produced designs for temporary tattoos TAADA AADA, ornating skin with her illustrations and quirky writings. Her style is versatile allowing her to apply them for window displays, greeting cards, prints and calendars, to name a few. Linda believes designer should always remember to be observing and playful making designs lively and original. She always feels butterflies in her stomach when she sees her art loved by others, either it is worn or hanged or appreciated any other way.
