// Payment

At the moment we accept Paypal and Credit Cards.

All prices are shown in Euro, including Latvian VAT of 21% and exclusive shipping costs. Prices are non-negotiable. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation Email.

Once your order has been placed, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an automatically generated confirmation by e-mail. You will only be charged for the items that you ordered, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. We are not responsible for errors made during the order, address, or payment method entry.

// Delivery

We offer a standard delivery service. The standard delivery service usually takes 5-7 days within Latvia, 10-14 within Europe, and 14-21 days throughout the world.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. WINK shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Goods within the estimated timescales. Under these circumstances, additional delivery charges will not normally be refunded.

All orders are worked through in two working days after receiving your payment.

If you live outside the European Union you may have a risk to be charged import duties or local sales taxes, of which WINK will not be held responsible.

// Returns & Exchange

We provide only exchanges if the product is damaged or differs as was shown in the picture.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. All exchanges must be approved by WINK. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with the original manufacturer’s packaging if it was included. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

For all international orders, exchanges may only be authorized if the customer pays for all shipping and duties in both directions.

All custom, special orders, opened items, or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items or items specified as final sale are non-returnable.

Any marked down or sale item purchased is considered to be a final sale meaning we will not be able to accommodate exchanges on sale items.

To make an exchange, you will need authorization from WINK. Please email us at info@winktattoo.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We’ll then reply back and complete the returning procedure.

For residents outside the EU: make sure you mark the box as ´return commercial sample´ and don’t forget to add the invoice you received from us, otherwise WINK will be charged with customs duties, which we will then charge to you.
